Will is loving his first year of scouting and all the fun things the Tiger Cub Scouts get to do...like hikes, bike rides, go see ems, Pine Wood Derby races and lots and lots of other cool stuff. Ernie is his akela (adult partner) who takes part in all of the meetings even leading one last December. Ernie taught the den to make pinecone bird feeders. 
He's learned the

The Cub Scout follows Akela.
The Cub Scout helps the pack go.
The pack helps the Cub Scout grow.
The Cub Scout gives goodwill.
The Cub Scout Promise:
