In our Prayers

Above is the B-52 that was lost "Raider 21" tail number 53.

One of the six...Major Brent Williams-- our friend that was a member of the crew.

Monday afternoon around 1:35 p.m. a B-52 from Barksdale AFB (20th BS) went down over the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Guam. The crew of six and their families are in our prayers. We pray for a safe rescue of all six crew members. Please keep these heroes and their families in your prayers.

Ernie is no longer a crew member on the mighty B-52, but we will always have a close bond to our B-52 family they are always in our prayers as they defend the U.S.A...they are an amazing group of people that we hold dear in our hearts.

Update:
The rescue operation has now been turned into a recovery. The U.S. Coastguard has determined that there were no survivors. Two bodies have been recovered and they are still searching for the other four. Of the six Ernie and I were friends with one. Major Brent Williams was a friend of ours. Ernie went through initial B-52 training with him back in 1999. We were then stationed with him again in 2006 at Randolph AFB, TX. He was such a funny guy...always the life of the party. He leaves behind two children and loads of friends. He gave the ultimate sacrifice for his country and for our freedom. Brent you will always be in our thoughts and your family will be in our prayers. Godspeed to you.
